1. Service-Based Refund Policy
Since our offerings are service-based and customized to each client, refunds are limited and handled individually. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below:
a. Initial Payments
All upfront payments made to begin a coaching or consulting engagement are non-refundable. These payments reserve your slot and cover preparation time and resources.
b. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If a client cancels after the program or session has started:
- No refund will be issued for completed sessions.
- Partial refunds may be considered for unused sessions, based on our discretion and time invested.
c. Cancellation by Linguicore
In the rare case we must cancel your program due to unforeseen circumstances:
- A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the services delivered.
- We will also offer to transfer any completed materials or provide transition assistance.
d. Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are not satisfied with the service:
- We will offer reasonable revisions or rescheduling within the original service scope.
- Refunds will not be issued if all agreed-upon sessions or deliverables have been provided.
2. Digital Products (If Applicable)
If we provide any downloadable resources or digital training materials, they are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
